“Finally - someone who could unravel the mystery of Applicant Tracking Systems or "ATS".  I've been banging my head against a wall submitting resumes through job boards for jobs that I thought I was a great match. It turns out that many of these ATS systems can't tell that "Budgeting" is the same as "Budgets" in terms of qualifications so they don't register me as a good match.  Since cluing in, FirstSource Team has been running my resume through their ATS system against the job descriptions to help ensure that ATS recognizes me as the great candidate match that I am.I've already received an interview request from among the first 3 resumes I submitted with FirstSource Team's help.  They also gave me some good tips for LinkedIn, resume formatting, etc.  I highly recommend FirstSource to job seekers."
