Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join our team as a Career Transition Specialist. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of career coaching and financial planning, providing comprehensive guidance to executives aged 47-65 who are navigating career transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial assessments for clients undergoing career transitions
- Develop personalized financial strategies that align with clients' career goals and retirement plans
- Educate clients on the benefits of annuities and our "tactical management" approach
- Collaborate with our career coaching team to provide integrated services
- Explain complex financial concepts in clear, approachable terms to clients
- Implement our Safe Money strategies to protect and grow clients' assets
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products
- Contribute to the development of educational content for our blog and LMS platform
- Participate in client acquisition activities, including seminars and networking events
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Valid financial advisor licenses and certifications (e.g., Series 65, CFP)
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
- Strong understanding of annuities and retirement planning strategies
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and executives
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to explain financial concepts to non-experts
- Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems
