Job Description:
We're seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Minneapolis-based team. In this role, you'll use data to drive insights that enhance our integrated career transition and financial planning services. You'll work closely with both our career coaching and financial advisory teams to optimize our operations and improve client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources, including our CRM, LMS, and financial planning tools
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both career coaching and financial advisory services
- Conduct market research to identify trends in career transitions for executives aged 47-65
- Analyze the performance of our "tactical management" approach and annuity products
- Use data to optimize our lead generation and client acquisition processes
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assess the effectiveness of our online and offline marketing efforts
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization
- Develop predictive models to identify clients who may benefit most from our integrated services
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all systems
- Create regular reports for management on business performance and client outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the financial services or HR sector
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SAS
- Experience with SQL and database management
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable way
