Job Description:
We're seeking a motivated Assistant Career Transition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our lead recruiters and financial advisors to guide clients through their career transitions while introducing them to our comprehensive services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coaching clients on modern job search strategies, including digital literacy and AI-powered application techniques
- Help clients optimize their resumes and online profiles to overcome ATS (Applicant Tracking System) challenges
- Conduct initial career consultations and assessments with potential clients
- Collaborate with our financial advisors to understand how career transitions relate to financial planning
- Maintain and update our online learning management system (LMS) with current career resources
- Track job market trends and industry developments relevant to our client base
- Assist in organizing and conducting webinars or workshops on career transitions for mature professionals
- Support lead generation efforts by engaging with potential clients and explaining our integrated approach
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, career coaching, or HR (experience with executive-level clients preferred)
- Strong understanding of current job search strategies and online application processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with the 47-65 age demographic
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, relatable terms
- Familiarity with ATS systems and resume optimization techniques
- Basic understanding of retirement planning concepts (training will be provided)
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and LMS platforms
